After Sales Service:
Installation training (3 options) :
A. We will provide installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting training videos and user manuals in English, as well as technical guidance via email, fax, phone /Messenger/WhatsApp, etc. if you encounter problems with installation, use or adjustment.
B. You can come to China for training. We will also provide accommodation during the training.
C. China's strong after-sales service team. Our engineers (staff) can speak English to communicate and solve problems. Flights can also be arranged.
Training time: 3-7 working days (recommended).
For installation, commissioning & training (maintenance and operation of the machine) to the user's personal work site, it shall be provided free of charge by the supplier. The Supplier's airfare (round trip), food, accommodation, local transportation, translation, Internet, communication and visa costs at the Buyer's site shall be borne by the Customer in accordance with the actual documents.

All machinery has been passed ISO and CE testing.

A5:During the special period ,we will offer all support online via video 24h per day.Before
shipment ,we will test machine from A to Z.Then we will send all videos from installation to production for customers.Full set of manual and instruction in English will be send with machine together.And if customer need engineer come to offer support in their factory ,the cost and visa should be paid and prepared by customers.

Q1. When was your factory established?
We have been specialized in the R&D, manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing solutions of CNC Machining since 2000, mainly focusing on CNC Machining for plastic luggage suitcase, thermoformed plastic, composite parts, patterns & moulds, aluminum/ paper honeycomb, and soft metal like aluminum/brass/ zinc from R & D, design, production, sales to after-sales technical service.
Q2. What should I do if there is a problem with this machine during the warranty period?
The quality assurance period is 12 months from the date the goods arrive at the destination port. Except for man-made damage, we are responsible for providing accessories free of charge during the warranty period. After the quality assurance period, if you need to repair or replace parts, you must pay.
Q3. How to install and use?
We will provide training videos and English user manuals for installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting for the machine. When you encounter installation, use or adjustment problems, we will provide technical guidance by email, fax, telephone/Messenger/WhatsApp, etc.
