1.This non-metallic five-axis machining center adopts a gantry structure to ensure excellent dynamic characteristics. When working, the worktable moves along the ground rail, and the five-axis drives the tool to achieve five-axis linkage, which is suitable for the processing of pentahedrons and complex curved surfaces.
2.It can quickly perform three-dimensional or multi-dimensional special-shaped cutting, drilling and trimming of thermoformed plastics or composite materials, especially suitable for small products or parts.
3.Equipped with a single worktable and a protective room structure to ensure safety protection during processing and prevent debris from overflowing. The floor drain dust collection device is combined with a high-performance dust collector to effectively collect debris.
4.It adopts the SYNTEC five-axis linkage CNC system, which integrates power, speed and precision, and can be equipped with dust collection, automatic tool change and RTCP functions.
5.The machine has two rotating axes to achieve linkage processing of grinding and drilling. Users can choose high-speed spindles from brands such as Italian Hiteco.
