1. five-axis cnc machining center, when working, five coordinate axes drive the tool to move around the workpiece, and can realize five-axis linkage three-dimensional movement, which can meet the processing of pentahedron and arbitrary curved surface. The semi-enclosed flushable processing protection design meets the safety protection and debris prevention during equipment production and processing. And water circulation structure for aluminum mold processing. 

2. The system adopts SYNTEC five-axis linkage CNC system. The machine combines power, speed and precision. It can be optioned with RTCP function. 

3. RBT five-axis machining center spindle is imported spindle, fast speed, high precision.Drilling, especially side drilling, need spindle swing Angle, five axis machine tool is imported double swing head spindle, can achieve 360° swing  Angle, drilling processing.


 

4. The welded steel bed is adopted, the bed is solid, and the key parts are added with ribbed plates. The bed has undergone finite element analysis (FEA) and design, and all bed parts have been stress-relieved (non-vibration aging treatment) before machining, providing a rigid and stable foundation for the machine.

5 The cast iron T-slot work surface has good rigidity and stability.

6. Transmission parts: 

X / Y / Z axis adopts Taiwan HIWIN ball and roller linear guide, double-row six-row sliders, large load-bearing capacity, suitable for heavy cutting;

X / Y / Z axis adopts Taiwan YYC precision grinding ball screw, which has stable operation and high precision;

C/B axis adopts Japanese Sumitomo Precision hollow reducer.

7. The design of 6-slot tool library can automatically replace up to 6 different specifications of tools, which can meet more processing needs.
