Product Description

1.The machine has a solid structure. Its welded steel bed is reinforced with ribs and all bed components are stress relieved, ensuring the stability of the precision machining process and the reliability of the foundation.

2.There are two independent workbenches on the left and right. When one workbench is processing a product, the other workbench can be kept stationary to replace the product, which reduces safety hazards and downtime, and improves the production efficiency of the machine. When processing large parts at the same time, the machine can process the two workbenches as a single workbench, and the processing size of a single product is doubled in the x-axis direction.

 

3. The machine is equipped with 3 linear (X, Y, Z) axes and 2 rotary (A and B or C) axes, of which the X/Y/Z axes use Taiwan HIWIN brand roller linear guides and Japan Sumitomo brand precision hollow reducers. These configurations ensure the stability and reliability of the C/B axis during heavy cutting. In addition, the machine is also equipped with an imported double-swing head spindle that can achieve 360° fast and precise swing, allowing the production and processing of the entire workpiece complex surface to be completed in a single process.

4.The machine is easy to operate and does not require special fixtures. It has a built-in automatic tool changer that can accommodate 8 types of tools to store various tools, making tool replacement smooth and automatic. This feature improves work efficiency and effectively reduces downtime caused by tool change.

5.The machine is equipped with a SYNTEC five-axis CNC system, which ensures high-speed machining, precision and comprehensive programming of complex parts; the equipment combines powerful power, fast machining speed and high precision, and also has enhanced dust collection, automatic tool change, RTCP and other functions.

6.The machine is equipped with its own brand of spindle to ensure stable performance. At the same time, it also provides high-quality imported brands such as Italy's Hiteco as an option.
