1.The machine bed adopts welded steel plate structure to ensure its sturdiness, and reinforcement ribs are added in key areas to enhance stability. The main construction material of the bed is Q235 steel rectangular tube, with a wall thickness of 10 mm, and the thickness of the connecting plate is not less than 20 mm. Before processing, all parts of the bed are subjected to finite element analysis (FEA) to optimize the design and stress relief treatment (no vibration aging treatment) to eliminate internal stress, thus providing a rigid and stable working platform for the machine tool.
2.The non-metallic five-axis machining center with a gantry structure ensures that the machine tool exhibits excellent dynamic performance during the machining process. During operation, the worktable moves along the ground track, while the five coordinate axes drive the tool to move around the workpiece, realizing the synchronous and coordinated action of the five axes. This design enables the machine tool to perform complex five-sided machining and precise machining of any curved surface.
3.The equipment is equipped with a single workbench and is designed with a protective room to ensure adequate safety protection during the production process and prevent the debris generated by the process from spilling. At the same time, the floor drain dust collection system is combined with an efficient dust collector to collect and process the debris generated during the processing.
4.It can perform three-dimensional or multi-dimensional special-shaped cutting, drilling, trimming and other processing tasks on thermoformed plastics or composite materials in a very short time. Due to its compact size, this equipment is very suitable for processing small products or parts.
5.The machine uses a centralized oil supply system, and all mechanical moving parts, including screws and guide rails, are oiled through an automatic lubrication system, which significantly extends the service life of the equipment.
