Five-axis machining technology is one of the key technologies in modern precision manufacturing industry, which processes the workpiece through five linkage axes, greatly improving the flexibility, accuracy and efficiency of processing.

Five-axis machines are available in many different configurations, and choosing the right machine is crucial to ensuring machining quality and efficiency. Common five-axis machine types include:

Type C turntable : Suitable for the processing of medium and light workpieces, can minimize workpiece movement, improve visibility and stability.
Gantry machine : Suitable for large and heavy workpieces, with high stability and rigidity.
Double rotating table : Suitable for lightweight workpieces, can reduce the loss of rigidity, but need to consider linear shaft travel limits and collisions between components.
