Product characteristics
a. The equipment is equipped with two independent workstations, equivalent to two independent five-axis machining centers. One control unit is able to manage both workstations independently, so when the workpiece is changed, one workstation can start working immediately without waiting for the other workstation.
b. The machine presets an upgrade interface for automatic loading and unloading, making it possible to achieve automated unmanned loading and unloading in the future.
c. (Optional) The machine adopts a fully closed automatic door design, which helps to maintain a clean working environment and effectively reduce noise.
d. The equipment supports manual operation instructions and off-line programming cutting, the operation is simple and easy to understand, and the cutting program can be reused. It only takes 10 minutes to quickly change procedures according to different bag needs.
e. Intelligent 3D cutting technology can handle all hole positions and arbitrary shape cutting paths of the hard box, and the processing paths stored in the machine can be interchanged between the left and right workstations, and can be replicated on any machine of the same model.
