Product characteristics
1. The equipment is equipped with two completely independent workstations, equivalent to two independent five-axis machine tools. One controller is able to operate two workstations independently, so when changing a processed product, one workstation can immediately start and start processing without waiting for the other workstation.
2. The equipment is designed with the upgrade interface of automatic loading and unloading, which is convenient for the automatic operation of unmanned loading and unloading in the future.
3. (Optional) The equipment adopts fully closed automatic door design, which helps to keep the working environment clean and effectively reduce noise pollution.
4. The equipment supports manual instructions and offline programming cutting methods, easy to learn and operate, you can reuse the cutting program. It takes only 10 minutes to change the program according to different bag needs.
5. Intelligent 3D cutting technology can handle all hole positions and arbitrary shape cutting paths of the hard box. The stored processing path can be interchanged between the left and right workstations and can be replicated on any device of the same model.
