Dual-station efficiency:
The machine is equipped with two independent workbenches. When one workbench is processing a product, the other can be safely used to prepare for the next product change, thereby reducing safety risks and downtime, and improving the productivity of the equipment. When processing large workpieces, the equipment can also combine the two workbenches to double the processing range in the X-axis direction.
Efficient five-axis:
The machine is equipped with a SYNTEC five-axis linkage CNC system, which supports high-speed machining and comprehensive programming of complex parts; it combines power, speed and precision, and can be equipped with enhanced functions such as dust collection, automatic tool change and RTCP.
Three linear axes and two rotary axes:
The equipment has three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and two rotary axes (A and B or C). The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with Taiwan HIWIN brand roller linear guides and Japan Sumitomo precision hollow reducers to ensure the stability of heavy-duty cutting. At the same time, it adopts imported double-swing head spindles, which can achieve 360-degree fast and precise swing, so that the complex curved surface processing of the entire workpiece can be completed in a single process.
