1. Non-metal five-axis machining center, when working, five coordinate axes drive the tool to move around the workpiece, and can realize five-axis linkage three-dimensional movement, which can meet the processing of pentahedron and arbitrary curved surface in the shortest time to obtain very high-precision contours and profiles. The multi-face processing of the entire product can be completed in one clamping.

2. The system adopts SYNTEC five-axis linkage CNC system. The machine combines power, speed and precision and can be equipped with multiple functions such as dust collection, automatic tool change and RTCP.  

3. RBT five-axis machining center spindle is imported double swing head spindle, fast speed, high precision, can achieve 360° swing angle drilling and cutting processing.
4.8 station tool library design, up to 8 different specifications of tools can be automatically replaced, which can meet more processing needs.



5. The truss-type double worktable and the protective room structure meet the safety protection and debris prevention during production; the floor drain dust collection device cooperates with the high-performance dust collector to collect external processing debris. 

6. Movable worktable (does not participate in the five-axis linkage processing movement, and automatically exits the machine processing position after the product is processed), making loading and unloading safer and more convenient, and realizing automatic interaction between the processing area and the loading and unloading area.
